Synopsis

After constant crime fighting as the Atom, and his duties as a scientist at Ivy University, Ray Palmer is wearing himself out, and at the advice of Jean Loring he goes on vacation. Going to a cottage, Ray decides to go and sleep in the wilderness as the Atom when his cabin turns out to be near a roadhouse which plays loud music all night long. As the Atom gets captured by Andrew Frost, a man who has found that he gets precognitive powers whenever the Atom uses his powers. Only being able to see only 7 minutes into the future, he hopes that by capturing the Atom he can boost his powers. Succeeding in capturing the Atom, Frost uses a specially prepared iron which literally flattens the Atom so that he can store the hero in a special case that channels the power into Frost. While Frost goes out to use his precognitive abilities for his own personal gain. The Atom is unable to get free due to his fatigue. However, he eventually breaks free and in spit of the fact that he has been flattened, the Atom is able to defeat Frost, restore himself back to normal and turn Frost over to the authorities.
